Maybe Im having too much fun right now
Concept art of the two smaller blades Arden Wraithsbane wields.
Largest between them is of nelri origin; a former gift to one of the younger princes out of King Raminus IV and Queen Alusia, after he showed particular interest for nelri craftsmanship in Elshanae. Its maker is sadly unknown, although its name remains knowledgeable on the lips of anyone who dare call themselves of Asurian blood: Rufiel. It was handed to Kashynastraes palace treasury after the princes passing several centuries ago, yet eventually a young King Athirelik, in strange generosity, gave it to its new master, Arden.
The second blade, Koryr, of Zerran craftsmanship, was designed to imitate the Rufiel as its partner for Ardens preferred two-bladed fighting style. Although its design is hardly as artistic as its companion blades, Koryrs distinctive dark alloy is associated with an elusively rare material deep in the desert that drinks light instead of reflecting it, and some claim is capable of parrying magical attacks by absorbing their energies. Whether this magic dissipates over time or becomes stored within the blade is unknown to all but Arden.
Anyhoo, the third blade's illustration will definitely be next... tomorrow, maybe.
