Year '12

Well, here we are nearing the end for 2012. It was definitely a year of highs and lows for me. Live and learn, I suppose. Overall, art wise, I think 2011 was a much better year for me, although I will not rule out that this year was quite a great learning experience and that I was able to refine some of my techniques while acquiring others. February was definitely the month I fondly remember the most with that in mind, while others were almost no shows as I dealt with personal issues of the heart and can still sadly call myself single for it. It's still difficult to think about and as much as I wanted to write a poetic recollection of how this year went, (that might have even had some comedy... right up until mid July when things pretty much got depressing...), like how I wrote it for '11? Not this time.

So... yeah! As 2013 approaches I'll admit I'm not exactly ready for it... but who knows what I'll see and do then? Now with the zombie apocalypse called off after a so-called Mayan prediction only made fools out of some... and made others mock them to no end, we can get back to mostly unpredictable lives and pray that the new year is a better time for us all!
